WHAT YEAR DID YOU ATTEND FEMPOWER AFRICA AND WHAT DID YOU LEARN FROM THE CONFERENCE?

I attended FemPower Africa in 2019 and it was an amazing experience for me as I learned about personal branding from Chioma Nwakanma and how to strategically position myself if I want to build influence, impact, and income through my personal brand.

I also learned about teamwork and the need to support one another if we must grow.
I have also learnt how to position myself for international opportunities as a person of value.

WHAT DOES FEMALE EMPOWERMENT (FEMPOWER) MEAN TO YOU?

Female empowerment to me means helping women to discover who they are and the hidden potentials in them by equipping them with the right tools and information to help them position strategically in their area of interest for global impact and influence.

WHAT ADVICE/TIPS DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUNG BUSINESS/CAREER WOMEN, TO HELP THEM BUILD AND MAINTAIN VALUABLE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER WOMEN?

Just like Bestie Tamara Atti would always say “We rise by lifting others”.

As women, one of the basic tools for growth is supporting each other rather than the usual condemning or trying to pull each other down in all spheres of life.

First, understand that we need ourselves to survive. We can achieve this by collaborations, building and maintaining valuable relationships that will help us thrive in our career and business.

We need to stick together and achieve our goals, aims, ambitions, and aspirations not just as women trying to make global impact and influence, but as sisters supporting each other to get to the zenith.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION?

My biggest inspiration is the Holy Spirit who has helped to stand tall , keep me motivated, and to stay strong to overcome every challenge that made me discover my strength, hidden potentials, and has helped me become the best version of myself.

Being in Bestie Network Africa where I have met forward thinking women striving to become the best version of themselves, while creating a lasting impact in their communities inspires me too.
