    Hey Business Besties, our Women Entrepreneurship M Hey Business Besties, our Women Entrepreneurship Month Webinar Series is still ongoing.

The last 2 days have been absolutely insightful and mind-blowing, from the music parties to the lectures and then the reviews.

We're grateful to our Trainer and Founder @bestieatti_for been an exceptional teacher and of course our partner @ighubafrica for making this possible.

Here are 10 lessons we've learned so far this week.

1. Facebook provides a level playing field for all business types and industries to attract their ideal customers.

2. With tools like WhatsApp Business you can enjoy a simple, secure and reliable way to grow your business and engage with your customers in real time.

3. Customer expectations are changing, it is therefore important to position your business leveraging platforms that will give your customers maximum value and convenience.

4. While organic marketing works,  it is also important to compliment that with paid advertising to yield maximum results for your business. 

5. To create an effective advertising strategy, you must have defined business goals, a clear understanding of your target audience and the customers journey.

6. Your ideal customers goes through a journey before they make a purchase.

7. The customer journey consists from Awareness, Consideration and Conversion.

8. It is important to understand what part of the journey your customer is so that you can choose the right Advertising objective.

9. Every business must have a set advertising budget.

10. As you advertise for your business, also ensure that you are measuring the results so that you can make changes where necessary.
